Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.


UK Shipping

Processing Times

All of our items are made to order, and we take great care in preparing each one.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days

  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


Delivery Areas

Our standard shipping rates apply to:

  • UK Mainland

  • Wales

  • Parts of Scotland

For more remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply due to courier costs. If this is the case, we will contact you before dispatch.


International Orders

We ship from the UK.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer


Next Day Delivery Upgrade

We offer a Next Day Delivery upgrade for customers who need their order quickly. Please read the following carefully before selecting this option:

Made to Order

All items are handmade to order. Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).


Delivery Timeframe

Next Day Delivery refers to delivery the day after dispatch, not the day the order is placed.

For example:

  • Order Monday → Dispatch Tuesday → Deliver Wednesday

  • Order Friday → Dispatch Monday → Deliver Tuesday


Courier Service

We use trusted third-party couriers, and the vast majority of deliveries arrive on time. However, once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside of our control.


Delivery Upgrade Refunds

The Next Day Delivery upgrade is non-refundable once your order has been dispatched, including in cases of courier delays.


Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place

  • Return the parcel to us

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or provide clear delivery instructions at checkout.

We are unable to offer refunds for missed or failed delivery attempts.
