Damaged Items and Replacements
If your product has been damaged in transit, please provide clear pictures of the damaged item as well as pictures of the bubble wrap, and the box.
Send these to enquiries@art-at-home.org.uk, using your Order Number as a reference.
Please note: all damages or Issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
This includes sending pictures of the damaged item and the pictures of the bubble wrap and the box.
This is the timeframe that is given by the couriers to report damages.
We will either ask you to return the frame or to dispose of it, with photographic evidence, before a refund is issued.
If the Perspex has been scratched or damaged, we will be happy to send a replacement piece.
